Read, design, build, run, hand over.
Every engagement moves through the same stages. The order matters more than the speed, and every stage ends with something you can inspect.
- A
Read
We start where the buyer map left off. We look at how deals reach you today, who your buyers are, what they search for and what they hear about you when you are not in the room. The output is a written picture of the inputs you have and the ones you lack.
- B
Design
We choose the channels that fit your weak points and leave the rest alone. Then we specify each one: the buyers it reaches, the reason to talk, the message logic, the checks, and how you will know it is working. You agree the baseline with us before anything runs.
- C
Build
We assemble the parts. Buyer research, the messages, the content a careful buyer will look for, the pages that answer their questions, the search groundwork. Nothing is bought in bulk and nothing goes out unread.
- D
Run
We operate the channels and staff them ourselves. Every message is researched and written for one person and reviewed by a human. Anyone who asks us to stop is stopped. We report against the baseline we agreed, so the conversation is about evidence, not effort.
- E
Hand over
When the channels produce pipeline, we give you the whole system: the playbook, the data, the message sequences and your people, trained to run it. You own it outright. If you want us nearby afterwards, we can talk about that. You do not need us to keep it alive.
What we will not do.
We do not rent you a list and blast it. We do not send a message nobody on our side has read. We do not pitch every service we can think of when your problem sits in one or two places. And we do not build something only we can operate.
The first step is the buyer map, and it is free.
Tell us about the company and what the last quiet stretch looked like. We will send back a plain read of your inputs and where we would start.
